Rosary Stronger than The Atomic Bomb

                                                                                               It was in 1945 when the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. The small community of 4 Jesuits, located in a rectory, only 8 blocks from the bomb blast, was miraculously unharmed along with the house, while not one person escaped within a kilometer and a half from the center of the explosion. The stated purpose was to destroy the Japanese military power. The Jesuit priests lived in a rectory which was only eight blocks from the center of the explosion. For a wholeday, these Jesuits were enclosed in a type of hell with fire, smoke and radiation. None of these priests were contaminated by the atomic radiation and their home was still standing, while all the other houses around where destroyed and reduced to a pile of incinerated rubble.

            None of the two hundred American and Japanese doctors could ever explain how after 33 years since the bomb blast, none of the four fathers had ever suffered or reported any suffering from consequences of the atomic explosion and continued to live in good health. When interrogated on this subject, the priests had always replied: “We always prayed the Rosary daily, so we concluded that the power of the Rosary was much stronger than atomic.
